Forward Deployed Engineer, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Customer-Facing Engineering – Collaborate closely with clients from the onboarding phase through ongoing usage, assisting them in integrating and optimizing our AI solutions.

• Technical Development – Create new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that have a direct impact on customer results.

• Full-Stack Development – Employ React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to build robust applications and tools.

• AI/ML Applications – Design, implement, and refine AI/ML solutions, which include LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription services to enhance use cases.

• Integration & APIs – Oversee APIs and integrations with third-party systems to guarantee seamless functionality for our customers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customized solutions.

• Iterative Problem-Solving – Continuously refine and enhance AI solutions based on client feedback and changing requirements.

• Project Management – Prioritize and oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.

• Hands-on expertise in Python.

• Experience in developing AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.

• Capability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines.
