Forward Deployed Engineer, English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical liaison between OUR CLIENT and its customers, ensuring that AI systems produce meaningful results from the outset.

• Collaborate directly with customer teams to comprehend workflows and establish criteria for production success.

• Set up, enhance, deploy, and tailor OUR CLIENT’s AI solutions to optimize customer operations and expedite outcomes.

• Transform operational objectives into technical workflows that enhance speed, quality, or scalability.

• Manage the technical deployment lifecycle to minimize the time from sale to realization of value.

• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to achieve measurable impact for customers.

• Convert effective customer solutions into reusable modules and comprehensive playbooks.

• Provide field insights to Product Engineering for scalable product enhancements.

• Redesign customer workflows utilizing AI and demonstrate quantifiable ROI.

• Ensure systems operate reliably at scale and support ongoing product improvement through structured deployment feedback.

• Strong engineering principles and the capability to deliver production-grade systems swiftly.

• Experience engaging directly with customers in field engineering, consulting, or solutions roles.

• Ability to navigate between high-level problem definition and hands-on troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with modern technology stacks, including APIs, cloud services, and frontend/backend development.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Experience with AI systems in a production environment (preferred).

• Strong sense of ownership and comfort with operating in uncertain environments.
