Forward Deployed Engineer – Creative AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Integrate directly with major enterprise clients to develop AI-driven creative production solutions.

• Manage intricate customer interactions from the initial discovery phase through to production deployment, adoption, and renewal.

• Convert customer challenges into scalable, comprehensive systems that yield quantifiable business value.

• Regularly build and deliver production-ready code.

• Create automated, multi-step creative workflows and pipelines.

• Conduct live, unscripted presentations for executive audiences, including Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs).

• Foster customer adoption and assist in converting successful implementations into renewals or expanded collaborations.

• Work autonomously and take full responsibility for customer outcomes.

• Develop sustainable production solutions rather than temporary prototypes or demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in building and deploying production software.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with recent, hands-on coding experience.

• In-depth professional expertise in at least one creative platform, such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Substance 3D, or a similar professional creative tool.

• Practical experience in creating multi-step automated workflows or pipelines using tools like ComfyUI, n8n, or similar platforms.

• Experience in presenting complex technical solutions to senior enterprise executives.

• Proven ability to transform executive presentations or demonstrations into adoption, renewals, or expanded engagements.

• Public portfolio or verifiable examples of completed work showcasing both engineering and creative skills.

• Capability to independently manage an engagement from discovery to production deployment and customer adoption.

• Candidates lacking a portfolio or verifiable completed work cannot be considered.

• Strong plus: experience with enterprise generative AI or creative automation platforms.

• Strong plus: experience with creative production workflow builders or brand intelligence solutions.

• Strong plus: industry experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Media and Entertainment.

• Strong plus: experience supporting medical, legal, or regulatory compliance-review workflows.

• Strong plus: DevOps experience.
