Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete technical delivery of AI agent and LLM-driven solutions.

• Develop production-ready integrations and custom connectors (APIs, data pipelines, RAG systems).

• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical challenges.

• Work in close collaboration with Sales engineering and product teams.

• Convert customer insights into product feedback and prioritized roadmap items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building production systems.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and a keen focus on quality.

• Proficient in frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (Python / Node / Java / Ruby) technologies.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Demonstrated ability to design secure data ingestion, ETL/data pipelines.

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
