Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Implement AI-powered voice agents autonomously for standard cases, leading end-to-end medium complexity deployments.

• Develop and optimize prompts and conversational flows to enhance resolution rates and minimize human fallback.

• Set up integrations with client systems (CRM, ticketing, APIs).

• Conduct autonomous troubleshooting of agents in production and resolve issues with discernment.

• Analyze and interpret agent success metrics (success rate, containment, CSAT) and present data to the client.

• Manage direct operational relationships with clients and contribute to agile time-to-value in your implementations.

• Document reusable patterns and share best practices with the broader FDE team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in configuring and deploying conversational agents or designing conversational flows.

• Proficiency in Python (Java or JavaScript is a plus) and version control with Git.

• Practical experience in generative AI and prompting techniques.

• Strong understanding of software design, API integration, and database management (both relational and non-relational).

• Ability to read performance dashboards and translate metrics into actionable improvements.

• Autonomy, proactivity, and good judgment for problem-solving and proposing solutions in dynamic environments.

• Flexibility and adaptability in response to constant change.
