Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer deployments from start to finish, acting as the main technical contact.

• Convert client workflows into platform configurations and setups.

• Develop custom integrations, tools, and agent configurations within the codebase.

• Establish monitoring systems and checks and balances for deployments.

• Assist in determining unit economics and providing insights for pricing strategies.

• Evaluate and prototype new integrations and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of pertinent experience in a corporate setting.

• Proficient in navigating a codebase and knowledgeable about APIs and their functionalities.

• Semi-technical: capable of creating additional tools and configurations.

• Strong presence when interacting with customers, including comfort level with C-suite stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel approximately 5-30% and to exert effort in a founding-team, seed-stage atmosphere.

• Bonus: experience as a solutions engineer, solutions architect, technical consultant, or in a technology-focused deployment role; familiarity with AI-driven workflows.
