Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Neon is in search of a Forward Deployed Engineer to enhance the partner engineering function.

• You will collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to develop and oversee developer onboarding, manage our customer-facing documentation, and create new features for our clients.

• You will also influence the team's trajectory: oversee team growth and establish standards for your colleagues at Neon.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of experience in partner engineering or a comparable customer-facing engineering position.

• You have a background in writing and maintaining API documentation for intricate technical products.

• You are experienced in full-stack product development and are willing to adapt to manage specific client requests.

• You demonstrate high productivity, taking ownership of crucial initiatives and delivering results.

• You have experience leading teams or projects and take pleasure in helping others enhance their skills.

• You are based in or are willing to work from Seoul, South Korea.

• Fluency in both English and Korean is required.
