Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with complex client accounts to design, develop, and implement AI systems.

• Conduct in-depth discovery to analyze existing workflows and pinpoint areas of friction.

• Create production-ready agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.

• Manage complexity in terms of legacy systems and compliance requirements.

• Develop deployment playbooks.

• Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to enhance architectural standards.

• Travel to client locations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying agentic AI systems in a production environment.

• Profound understanding of AI deployment patterns.

• Strong skills in integration and API.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.

• High emotional intelligence, personal accountability, and a good sense of humor.
