Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering (35%). Conduct technical discovery and workshops with each client, converting their needs into clear, actionable product requirements for our sales, operations, and engineering teams.

• Develop solution architecture and documentation (35%). Create the comprehensive MCP flow and integration architecture for each client, encompassing both hosted and on-premise scenarios, while generating the technical documentation required by enterprise clients.

• Manage procurement, security, and delivery oversight (30%). Utilize our existing compliance library to complete security questionnaires, address security committee and data residency inquiries, and ensure the successful completion of procurement processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess technical credibility: you can read code, discuss integrations and the MCP and agent stack fluently, and effectively scope and supervise a deployment.

• You are adept at leading technical discussions with enterprise clients.

• You can efficiently manage a security questionnaire or procurement process to completion using existing documentation.

• You have experience in or near regulated industries (such as finance or insurance) and are knowledgeable about compliance and data residency regulations.

• You excel in ambiguous situations across sales, operations, and engineering and quickly adapt to new domains.

• You have a keen interest in the MCP and agent stack.

• You are willing to travel occasionally throughout Europe and the US to meet with clients.
