Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure technical alignment between Endgame and their systems.

• Establish a robust foundation post-acquisition, leading a build → pilot → GA process for each use case.

• Facilitate end-to-end adoption of solutions.

• Serve as the technical representative in security and architecture evaluations.

• Cultivate strong relationships with technical advocates.

• Participate in R&D meetings to influence future developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building production software.

• Proficient in either Python or TypeScript codebases.

• Practical experience with LLMs in production environments.

• Previous experience in customer-facing engineering roles.

• A refined understanding of what constitutes production-grade quality.

• An effective educator.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup setting.
