Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will manage the entire technical delivery process for enterprise client projects, starting from initial scoping and continuing through integration, testing, and deployment to production.

• Develop production-grade integrations and custom tools across intricate environments, including on-premises, air-gapped, and hybrid setups.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges across various enterprise technology stacks; you will be the go-to person when critical issues arise in key engagements.

• Provide valuable insights to product and engineering teams based on field experiences; your findings will shape future developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• We require 3–6 years of experience in Forward Deployed, Solutions Engineering, or technical delivery roles, preferably within enterprise security, AI, or complex SaaS environments.

• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript; you produce production-quality code rather than merely configuration scripts.

• A strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2/SAML/SSO, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential; you’ve deployed solutions in enterprise settings and understand potential pitfalls.

• Capable of engaging effectively with both a CISO and a security engineer, demonstrating credibility in discussions with each.

• Experience in AI security, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks within a production environment is a notable advantage.
