Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer success by fostering strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their business challenges and guiding them in leveraging Arvo's solutions strategically.

• Convert intricate operational issues into testable hypotheses and actionable, data-driven evaluations.

• Create, refine, and assess tailored AI models and agents for each client, collaborating closely with a technical team from prototype development to production.

• Generate technical and business reports, analyses, and dashboards to illustrate the financial and operational effects of solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage the prioritization of the feature and initiative roadmap for each client, weighing potential financial returns against technical feasibility.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and regular follow-ups to ensure effective product adoption and continuous development.

• Oversee transitions between internal Product, Operations, and Development teams to guarantee seamless and efficient delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience that combines business acumen and data analysis (e.g., strategy consulting, product operations, applied data science, or similar roles).

• Proficient technical skills with hands-on experience in data manipulation using Python and/or SQL.

• Strong grasp of client management and corporate operations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical data in compelling business narratives.

• A completed Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (such as Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar disciplines).
