Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Client Enablement & Technical Training: Create and conduct technical workshops and training sessions tailored for customer development teams.

• Technical Mentorship & Collaboration: Serve as a key technical resource, supporting customer developers with architectural insights and constructing proofs of concept.

• Ensuring Production Success (AI & Systems Engineering): Assist customers in designing logical systems and guarantee excellence in deployment for their applications.

• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to shape the product roadmap based on actual engineering challenges encountered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Agentic AI & Logic Systems: Extensive, hands-on experience in developing complex logic systems utilizing LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.

• Knowledge in AI Safety, Guardrails, & Evaluation: Comprehensive experience in creating enterprise-level policy frameworks and establishing effective guardrails to ensure agentic behavior remains stable and secure.

• Exceptional Communication & Client Interaction: Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to lead technical discussions and simplify complex concepts for clear communication.

• Rapid Technical Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and state-of-the-art AI paradigms.

• The "Teacher" Mindset: Experience in technical enablement, developer relations, technical consulting, or engineering mentorship with a strong enthusiasm for education.

• Foundation in Distributed Computing: Robust experience in distributed architecture and principles of functional programming.

• Proficiency in JVM: Solid professional knowledge of Java or other JVM-based programming languages.

• Awareness of Cloud-Native & SRE: Familiarity with application deployment and container orchestration, especially with Kubernetes.
