Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine full-stack systems that support AI agents from initial concept through to deployment.

• Investigate and assess new methodologies for agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and go-to-market teams to enhance user experience and usability for non-technical users.

• Share insights, document discoveries, and play a role in the advancement of internal best practices.

• Engage in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical deep dives alongside the global team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a software engineering role focused on product development.

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, along with relevant professional experience.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.

• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and the ability to debug live systems.

• An interest in AI/ML, conversational AI, or voice technology.

• Responsive and proactive in addressing customer requirements with a strong emphasis on action.

• Comfortable with rapid shipping and continuous improvement in live deployment scenarios.
