Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine full-stack systems that support AI agents from inception to deployment.

• Investigate and assess innovative methods for agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment.

• Collaborate with product, design, and go-to-market teams to enhance user experience and accessibility for non-technical users.

• Share insights, document discoveries, and aid in the advancement of internal best practices.

• Engage in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical explorations with the global team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a software engineering role focused on products.

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, along with relevant professional experience.

• Solid programming skills in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.

• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and debugging live systems.

• A keen interest in AI/ML, conversational AI, or voice technologies.

• Responsive and proactive in meeting customer needs, with a strong bias for action.

• Comfortable with rapid deployment and continuous improvement in live environments.
