Forward Deployed Engineer Associate – AI Capability Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop full-stack features on AWS and Azure utilizing Claude and additional models.

• Collaborate closely with users and engage with the business on a daily basis to create solutions together.

• Ensure quality through thorough testing and evaluations for all deliverables.

• Follow design guidance from the Solution Architect and identify any gaps in the design.

• Operate within a business pod where the Solution Architect manages design and the Engagement Manager oversees the timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or AI development.

• Proficiency in Python, along with experience in AWS or Azure.

• A skilled builder who is adept at collaborating with the business.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Some experience with RAG and agent technologies.

• Familiarity with Agentic DevOps tools (agentic coding tools, evaluation-driven pipelines).

• Must meet the FDE-ready criteria (Embedding L3 with AI L3) from day one.

• Front-end development skills are required.

• Experience in the healthcare or higher education sectors is a plus.

• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 certification is preferred.
