AI Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop internal AI platforms, tailored copilots, prompt libraries, and AI-agent toolkits to enhance specific company workflows.

• Collaborate with non-technical teams to pinpoint repetitive tasks and quickly prototype AI-driven solutions.

• Set up security protocols, assessment frameworks, and system safeguards for the safe deployment of AI at scale.

• Enhance AI literacy in collaboration with HR and encourage the adoption of AI throughout the organization.

• Facilitate coordination among IT, Security, Engineering, and non-technical teams to support the adoption of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the field.

• At least 2 years of experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and enabling business systems.

• 4 years of experience in technical program management.

• Practical experience in deploying, configuring, or supporting generative AI productivity suites such as Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, or Microsoft Copilot within corporate settings.

• Hands-on experience with integration of frontier LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and vector/retrieval systems.

• Strong foundation in software development, with proficiency in programming languages like Python and C++.

• Capability to design with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and connect AI systems to existing legacy databases and web APIs.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

• Experience in building dashboard telemetry utilizing APIs and tools such as Sheets, SQL, Looker, or other similar BI tools.

• Familiarity with tracking API usage, software licensing, or operational expenses.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical tools for non-technical users.

• Proven ability to coordinate among IT, Security, and Engineering teams.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI-enabled workflows.
