Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to advance Gracenote’s go-to-market strategy and showcase the value of AI solutions to customer stakeholders.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to comprehend customer use cases and AI-driven architectures.

• Identify value propositions that enhance customer discovery experiences utilizing Gracenote metadata.

• Create and execute proofs of concept.

• Oversee customer engagement and adoption until contract signature.

• Design, develop, and sustain specialized AI agents that exhibit the capabilities of Gracenote Video MCP Server.

• Convert conversational search, catalog enrichment, and personalized recommendation workflows into working prototypes.

• Deploy agents on platforms such as those offered by Google or AWS.

• Analyze customer environments and suggest effective integration patterns.

• Align Gracenote tools and resources with customer-specific AI workflows.

• Serve as “Customer Zero” to test and validate new MCP tools and features.

• Assist developers in technical onboarding and provide integration guidance at the code level.

• Document integration use cases and support customers in utilizing JSON-RPC 2.0 for API/server interactions.

• Advocate for customer needs in product roadmaps and translate requirements into product inquiries and technical documentation.

• Establish standardized SLAs and best practices for implementation across Tier 1 and Tier 2 global accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of agent creation, agentic deployment frameworks, and MCP tooling.

• Familiarity with LLM utilization of MCP primitives: Tools, Resources, and Prompts.

• Knowledge of JSON-RPC 2.0.

• Hands-on experience with AWS Cognito for identity management, user authentication, and secure API access control.

• Preferred experience in designing, deploying, or observing multi-step AI agents using Google ADK, AWS Bedrock Agents, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

• In-depth knowledge of MCP tool chaining.

• Experience in system prompt engineering and function calling across Gemini, Claude, and GPT.

• Background in step-level tracing or response evaluation.

• Familiarity with enterprise security requirements, including OAuth/OIDC.

• Experience in navigating data privacy regulations.

• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js.

• Experience integrating with B2B enterprise APIs.

• Experience connecting MCP clients and servers to managed enterprise foundation models via AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI / Foundry, or similar platforms.

• Acquainted with large-scale structured datasets.

• Understanding of content discovery architectures.

• Knowledge of search and recommendation engine mechanics.

• Familiarity with the CTV/streaming and entertainment ecosystem is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to articulate technical solutions to C-level executives and engineering teams.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites globally up to 40% of the time.
