Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions for production environments.

• Lead technical investigations and convert business challenges into engineering outputs.

• Produce production-grade code and adhere to enterprise release governance protocols.

• Create evaluation suites for production observability and ensure integration with client identity.

• Remain actively involved during production iteration cycles and provide necessary documentation for support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional engineering experience in production systems.

• More than 2 years of experience deploying AI or machine learning systems into production.

• Proven success in collaborating directly with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise clients.

• Direct experience with SAP and Oracle EBS is highly regarded.

• Proficient in production Python and at least one additional enterprise or full-stack programming language such as TypeScript, Java, Go, C# or Scala.

• Strong fluency in SQL and data modeling.

• Practical experience with retrieval-augmented generation.

• Familiarity with at least one major agentic AI platform, including AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, or ServiceNow AI.
