This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to gain insight into their business challenges.
β’ Convert customer issues into well-defined internal projects.
β’ Serve as the customer's strategic advocate within the organization.
β’ Create and deliver recommendations to customer stakeholders.
β’ Spot opportunities to enhance customer engagement and increase platform adoption.
β’ Work in tandem with Account Management and Data teams.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in management consulting, client advisory, or a strategic customer-facing position within MBB is mandatory.
β’ Strong business insight with the capability to comprehend complex go-to-market strategies.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
β’ Highly analytical β adept at exploring data and recognizing trends.
β’ Familiarity with B2B SaaS, marketing, sales operations, or revenue analytics is a significant advantage.
β’ Ownership-driven mindset β proactive, quick-moving, and solution-oriented.
β’ Flourish in fast-paced, high-priority environments.
