Forward Deployed Broker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with enterprise brokerages to gain insights into their workflows related to sales, servicing, and operations.

• Design and implement AI workflows utilizing Cara.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership (COO, Head of Ops, Producers) on maximizing the use of AI throughout the organization.

• Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial deal to onboarding and scaled adoption.

• Foster expansion and revenue growth within accounts by identifying high-impact use cases.

• Convert real-world workflows into product insights through close collaboration with engineering and product teams.

• Rapidly prototype solutions, iterate with customers, and deploy implementations within days.

• Contribute to defining and scaling best practices across Cara’s customer network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance brokerage (producer, account executive, operations, or consulting).

• Established relationships or familiarity with mid-market and enterprise brokerages.

• A passion for selling, expanding accounts, and successfully closing deals.

• A deep curiosity about AI and its transformative impact on workflows.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both operators and executives.

• Possess a builder mindset—capable of not just advising but also implementing solutions.
