📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, transforming vague operational challenges into clear technical architectures and delivering impactful, AI-driven solutions with a strong sense of ownership.

• Train and implement customized AI agents aimed at fraud prevention and automating intricate fincrime workflows across a variety of use cases.

• Apply advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and thorough evaluation frameworks to consistently enhance AI agent performance, ensuring high levels of accuracy, safety, and reliability.

• Promote an AI-first mindset across internal teams and client interactions, showcasing the tangible business benefits of advanced machine learning applications.

• Develop and refine our AI risk metrics, along with the datasets and evaluation pipelines used to assess the causal impact of deployed agents.

• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to scale custom models for production, ensuring smooth integration and optimal operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Data Science or Applied AI.

• Expertise in Python and SQL for intricate data manipulation, pipeline creation, and model integration.

• A creative and critical thinker with a "get-things-done" attitude, who thrives independently and is dedicated to delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Outstanding ability to manage the complete solution lifecycle, including the capability to effectively translate ambiguous client challenges into precise requirements and deliver the final product.
