Forward Deployed AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deploy and set up agentic AI workflows and AI-driven automations within client ServiceNow environments.

• Convert customer business needs into technical architectures and implementation strategies.

• Implement and integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI solutions into enterprise settings.

• Collaborate directly with clients to customize AI solutions according to their operational workflows and business processes.

• Create demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations to validate AI-driven workflows with customers.

• Quickly iterate on solutions with clients to enhance AI-powered use cases.

• Assist in the implementation of AI orchestration, LLM integrations, and agentic decision models.

• Develop integrations among ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services.

• Construct supporting components such as scripts, microservices, automation logic, and integration services.

• Implement integrations with AI platforms, APIs, and enterprise data sources.

• Actively participate in the development and progression of NewRocket’s AI intellectual property and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, or automation systems.

• Solid engineering background with experience in full-stack development, scripting, or enterprise integrations.

• Familiarity with AI / LLM technologies or AI-driven applications.

• Experience in client-facing engineering or consulting roles.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with programming languages such as:

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Python

• or similar scripting languages.

• Strong capability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
