This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set up and assess medication SKUs, strengths, dosage levels, and fill cadences within the ordering system.
• Establish titration schedules and confirm mappings for dose-to-product, strength, and quantity.
• Reconcile clinical protocols with pharmacy inventory and compute unit and volume values when there are concentration discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Implementation, and pharmacy partner teams on builds.
• Engage in project intake meetings and manage assigned projects from start to finish.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple builds and deadlines, escalating any conflicts as necessary.
• Test configurations prior to provider activation and resolve any arising issues.
• Implement state-by-state routing and volume-move adjustments in line with planning guidance.
• Identify and address configuration gaps to ensure coverage across all 50 states.
• Oversee pharmacy integrations, address configuration errors, and escalate broader systemic issues.
• Communicate platform issues to development with comprehensive failure descriptions and suggestions for improvements.
• Document and uphold build procedures.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in a configuration, operations, analyst, or coordinator position where precision was crucial.
• Exceptional attention to detail in repetitive and structured tasks.
• Strong communication capabilities and proactive coordination with stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner, able to confidently utilize proprietary internal systems.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, including lookups, pivot tables, and structured data management.
• Persistence in handling detailed and challenging tasks.
• Preferred: experience with configuring products, catalogs, or SKUs in an internal platform or ordering system.
• Preferred: background in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated operations.
• Preferred: familiarity with EHR, pharmacy management, e-commerce, or workflow-configuration systems.
• Preferred: exposure to APIs, JSON, or systems integrations.
• Preferred: experience with controlled specifications, protocols, or approved documentation.
• Preferred: familiarity with SQL.
• Preferred: experience in startup or high-growth environments.
