This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

• Provides operational leadership for the development, maintenance, submission, and updating of formularies and drug lists.

• Assignments vary and often necessitate interpretation and independent judgment to determine the appropriate actions to take.

• Ensures the accuracy of formularies and utilization management (UM) criteria within the Centralized Formulary System.

• Collaborates with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other business units to effectively implement formularies.

• Conducts formulary analysis and reporting to guarantee optimal operational flow.

• Develops key performance indicators and strategic plans aimed at enhancing overall process efficiency and improvements.

• Creates documentation for formulary management processes and training.

• Understands departmental, segment, and organizational strategies and objectives, including their connections to related areas.

• Makes decisions regarding personal work methods, occasionally in uncertain situations, and requires minimal guidance when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Fewer than 5 years of technical experience.

• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.

• Proven experience in process improvement or roles related to process design and implementation.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Visio, Excel, and Access.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
