This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer daily assistance to e-commerce entrepreneurs through email and video calls regarding accounting-related inquiries.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and friendly communication.

• Recognize recurring issues and enhance solutions accordingly.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to guarantee customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in DATEV (mandatory).

• A keen interest in the digital transformation of the accounting sector.

• Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset (SMART goals).

• Ability to work independently, structured, and with a process-oriented mindset.

• Receptive to feedback, digital workflows, and a remote-first work environment.

• Proficient in both German and English.
