E-Commerce Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance daily operations on Zalando (zDirect), focusing on inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

• Supervise the creation of products and optimize listings, ensuring that data is accurate and SEO-friendly in accordance with Zalando's standards.

• Monitor account health and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with platform policies and addressing operational challenges promptly.

• Develop and manage brand content to boost product visibility, enhance customer engagement, and improve conversion rates on various marketplaces.

• Liaise with Zalando partner support to address technical or fulfillment-related inquiries and support cases.

• Stay updated on developments in the European e-commerce landscape, including algorithm changes from Zalando and Otto, category trends, and industry best practices.

• Manage storage and fulfillment processes through the Partner Program / Connected Retail, including overseeing inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance.

• Evaluate sales performance and Buy Box competition, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance sales and expand market share.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate Zalando zDirect effectively.

• Capability to analyze marketplace metrics and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize listings and maintain account health.

• Exceptional attention to detail when managing product data and attributes.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with platform support teams and internal stakeholders.

• Quick-thinking and proactive in problem-solving, especially concerning technical platform issues.

• Adaptability to new tools, API updates, and changing e-commerce platform requirements.

• A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently, both remotely and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Zalando zDirect and/or Otto Partner Connect.

• English proficiency is required as indicated in the application form.
