This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Execute LATAM marketing initiatives aligned with global strategies and timelines.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of campaigns spanning digital, social, email, performance, partnerships, and events.
• Create and implement local brand initiatives such as events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotions.
• Ensure localization and deployment of assets in Spanish/Portuguese while maintaining brand integrity.
• Support CRM campaigns aimed at onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back strategies.
• Direct campaign processes including briefs, timelines, translations, reviews, compliance, and tracking.
• Act as the primary liaison between Central Marketing and LATAM operations.
• Identify process challenges and improve workflows for increased efficiency.
• Assess, analyze, and report on campaign implementation and key performance indicators.
• Proficient in Spanish; professional level English (minimum B2).
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign operations, or management.
• Experience in the FX/FinTech sector is essential.
• Proven track record of success in managing multi-country campaigns and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/email tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of LATAM markets.
• A background in regulated FinTech/finance is a plus.
