Forensic Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Examine damages to residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

• Partner with clients to grasp their needs and concerns.

• Perform detailed site visits to gather field data.

• Assess the gathered data, environmental elements, and material characteristics to identify the cause and severity of distress.

• Prepare detailed technical reports that effectively convey findings and recommendations.

• Aid in formulating repair designs and ensuring interdisciplinary coordination as necessary.

• Oversee project resources and timelines efficiently.

• Remain informed about applicable building codes and regulations.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive workplace atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• PE license is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic engineering is essential.

• Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.
