This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.
β’ Examine damages to residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
β’ Partner with clients to grasp their needs and concerns.
β’ Perform detailed site visits to gather field data.
β’ Assess the gathered data, environmental elements, and material characteristics to identify the cause and severity of distress.
β’ Prepare detailed technical reports that effectively convey findings and recommendations.
β’ Aid in formulating repair designs and ensuring interdisciplinary coordination as necessary.
β’ Oversee project resources and timelines efficiently.
β’ Remain informed about applicable building codes and regulations.
β’ Foster a collaborative and supportive workplace atmosphere.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ PE license is mandatory.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic engineering is essential.
β’ Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical abilities.
β’ Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
