• Propel growth within designated territories and meet sales objectives
• Showcase and promote products to existing and prospective clients, fostering and nurturing relationships
• Oversee opportunities and finalize the bidding process for foodservice accounts
• Recruit and manage the performance of sales brokers within the assigned territory, providing training and support as required
• Develop sales strategies and work collaboratively with brokers on pipeline initiatives
• A minimum of two years of experience in food service sales is essential
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail with a strong dedication to quality
• Proficiency in IT, particularly with tools like GSuite
• Must hold a current food handler’s permit and apply food safety knowledge as needed
• A genuine interest in the plant-based meat sector
