This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

• Inspiring visitors to the IKEA store to linger longer and enjoy their experience more

• Creating a fun atmosphere for all, featuring delicious food at affordable prices

• Offering visitors a delightful reason to return frequently

• Allowing co-workers the opportunity to take breaks and rejuvenate

• Leading and managing IKEA Food to achieve the function's objectives by developing both business and personnel

• Operating IKEA Food in compliance with laws and adhering to IKEA's Quality and Food Safety standards

• Executing the IKEA HACCP plan to meet and ensure the store’s requirements

• Ensuring that HACCP procedures are understood and applied in daily operations

• Implementing the range matrix to establish a robust IKEA Food range identity

• Acting in alignment with the IKEA Sustainability Direction and collaborating with the team on sustainability initiatives

• Promoting IKEA Food as a vital in-store marketing asset to maximize the sales potential of the IKEA store

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior management experience in high-volume retail or multi-unit food service sectors

• Proven track record in successfully managing a sizable team

• Ability to provide clear guidance, along with experience in creating and executing action plans, establishing budgets, and tracking progress towards goals

• Proficient in English communication

• Extensive and advanced experience in commercial retail management or as a multi-unit food service manager, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a successful history of supervising managers

• Proficient in MS Office
