📋 Description

• The F&B Analyst serves as the analytical powerhouse for bartaco’s bar program and F&B platforms.

• You will take full ownership of the numbers — not merely reporting them to someone else, but truly owning them — transforming raw data into actionable decisions that drive business growth.

• This position is situated at the crossroads of finance, operations, and technology.

• You’ll collaborate closely with the Beverage Director to provide operational insights and ensure that the Beverage Director can focus on restaurant activities rather than administrative tasks.

• Partner with the Director of Purchasing to enhance vendor cost intelligence.

• Assist with period-end closing processes in collaboration with the Controller’s team, delivering precise Beverage cost data and variance explanations that align with broader F&B cost reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in financial analysis, restaurant analytics, or food & beverage operations with a strong quantitative emphasis.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a significant advantage.

• Experience with beverage management platforms (such as Craftable, Bevager, or equivalent) and POS systems (like Toast, Micros, Aloha).

• Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• A strong curiosity about AI tools and automation, along with the initiative to implement and enhance systems and functions through AI and other technologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a low tolerance for discrepancies in data.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple reporting deadlines effectively without oversight.
