This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Craft clean and maintainable Dart/Flutter code utilizing Riverpod for state management and adhering to widget architecture best practices.
• Develop and sustain the mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Create Dart console applications for Radar, which includes Windows services that leverage FFI for accessing native APIs.
• Integrate and utilize RESTful APIs, ensuring the seamless transmission of locally collected data to the Rails API.
• Collaborate with the Rails/Hotwire stack as necessary.
• Partner with UX design and product management teams to define and brainstorm requirements.
• Execute the implementation of new features, products, and enhancements to existing functionalities.
• Clarify program objectives, identify issues, and propose modifications in conjunction with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel.
• Keep the team informed of progress, challenges, and status updates.
• Engage in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and enhance platform performance and reliability.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development using Dart and Flutter.
• Strong grasp of Flutter conventions, Riverpod for state management, widget architecture, and both iOS and Android development.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a production-level Flutter/Dart mobile application.
• Extensive experience in constructing and managing RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in translating UI/UX designs into responsive mobile interfaces.
• Skilled in Git for version control purposes.
• Capable of writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Proficient in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal in English.
• Experience with FFI or native Windows APIs from Dart is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with WIX or Inno Setup is an added advantage.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and Hotwire is a bonus.
• Knowledge of C or C++ is an additional benefit.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
