This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Generate leads, oversee the sales funnel, qualify opportunities, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Achieve or surpass sales projections for assigned products in the specified region.
• Identify potential sales leads and create strategies to convert them into actual sales.
• Conduct customer presentations and workshops to foster product interest and engage key opinion leaders.
• Plan and execute product demonstrations with FCAS and/or TSC.
• Travel within the assigned territory to cultivate customer relationships, solicit orders, attend trade shows, and perform troubleshooting.
• Provide field support, onsite training, and application assistance for the MACSQuant® installed base as needed.
• Utilize the CRM system to log customer interactions, manage leads and appointments, and monitor opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with the MACSQuant® installed base in conjunction with FCAS and TSC.
• Engage in strategic market analysis and offer competitive insights to management.
• Identify new product opportunities and special marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on shared accounts to enhance company sales.
• Travel both domestically and internationally as necessary.
• Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of equipment sales experience in the life sciences sector.
• Experience with flow cytometry is preferred.
• Familiarity with various sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of insurance/insurability.
• Ability to obtain the necessary clearance to access restricted government accounts.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with technical sales representatives.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Ability to walk, stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work at a fast pace while ensuring attention to detail.
