Floorplan Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Leverage client-provided CAD files and standards documentation to produce 2D interactive vector floor plans.

• Design interactive floor plan brochures, ensuring that all web functionalities are displayed and operate correctly.

• Adhere to detailed written instructions and comprehensive standards documentation.

• Engage effectively and professionally with the Quality Assurance and Customer Success teams.

• Complete tasks within specified timeframes.

• Maintain a full-time work schedule Monday through Friday and promptly communicate any issues.

• Operate independently while fostering open communication with the team during work hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while effectively managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a design-related field is advantageous.

• Familiarity with architectural terminology and concepts is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Animate is advantageous but not essential.
