This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-level technical support for Flexcel NX products to our clients, both remotely and at their locations.
• Provide daily troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and proactive support services.
• Actively participate as a key member of the regional Technical Support team.
• Offer technical assistance on hardware, application (media support), and software, either remotely or onsite for regional flexographic clients.
• Execute proactive services, including Preventive Maintenance and Plateroom Audits, at customer facilities.
• Conduct installations and upgrades of Miraclon products.
• Extensive technical expertise in Flexographic equipment, including Imagers and process equipment.
• At least 5 years of experience in flexographic printing service or general printing service.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities within the printing prepress sector.
• Proficient writing skills to summarize technical situations and propose solutions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Capability to follow instructions and engage with high-level support roles.
• Ability to perform under pressure in an environment with multiple goals and shifting priorities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence, ensuring successful problem resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel significantly (up to 75%).
