FlexNet Management Suite Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) tasks related to the FlexNet Management Suite (FNMS) and its associated integrations.

• Oversee and manage the FNMS environment within the USCIS infrastructure.

• Deliver advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting for FNMS-related challenges.

• Aid in tracking software entitlements, optimizing software licensing, and advancing proactive Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to fulfill performance work statement obligations.

• Ensure compliance with DHS and USCIS systems, operational goals, and policies.

• Assist in software license helpdesk operations and provide customer support services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience managing enterprise Flexera deployments.
