• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with key fleet partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and comprehension of fleet requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise and execute strategic account plans customized for each fleet customer's needs, integrating them into Talixo systems.
• Recognize opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of the company.
• Identify potential new partner fleets, conduct cold calls to generate new leads, and qualify those leads.
• Build a network of partnerships and negotiate deals within your region and product line.
• Manage the onboarding and training process for new fleets.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
• Generate regular reports for fleets that highlight performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market shifts to pinpoint opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to refine processes and procedures, further developing our IT systems and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with intercultural experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and trend identification to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Proven ability to tackle problem-solving in a structured way, demonstrating independence and creativity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other pertinent tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 level is essential; knowledge of a local language and Italian is a plus.
