Fleet Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize, schedule, and assign drivers for container collection and delivery

• Oversee and monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery

• Maintain effective communication with drivers, clients, and port/rail terminals

• Address service-related issues swiftly and professionally

• Keep precise records of shipments and operational activities

• Work collaboratively with operations, safety, and customer service departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in dispatching container trucks or drayage operations (preferred)

• Familiarity with port and rail yard operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure

• Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
