First Product Manager – Booster R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Leading the product team: setting the strategic direction and providing the necessary context and support to the team, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

• Business growth and product strategy: developing and making decisions that contribute to the product's business success.

• Cross-functional collaboration: closely working with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure quality delivery and optimization of the product.

• Market analysis: conducting market research and analysis, identifying market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape, and leveraging these insights for product strategy and decision-making.

• User experience: promoting a user-centric approach and ensuring an exceptional user experience within the product.

• Performance tracking: defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the product, regularly tracking and reporting performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management within a B2C product-heavy environment.

• Experience in launching or scaling digital products, individual business units, or significant product initiatives.

• Strong business mindset: deep understanding of unit economics, P&L logic, retention, monetization, and key product metrics.

• Analytical skills: ability to build metric trees, set up product analytics, work with data, and make decisions based on facts rather than intuition.

• Capability to create clear roadmaps, product specifications/one-pagers, and effectively convey context to the team.

• Understanding of marketing, product marketing, and monetization is a plus.

• Passion for innovation and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, especially AI.

• English proficiency at B2+ level.
