This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Address all incoming inquiries within 5 to 7 minutes.
• Swiftly return missed calls following our established contact protocol.
• Gather initial customer information by adhering strictly to the provided script.
• Engage in written communication with customers through WhatsApp and email.
• Diligently document deals in the CRM while effectively managing the sales funnel.
• Conduct outbound calls for various tasks such as webinar invitations, promotional notifications, and customer interviews.
• Excellent communication abilities and fluent verbal articulation.
• Outgoing personality: you will interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• Approachable and capable of quickly establishing trust.
• Enjoyment in working with people.
• Emotionally resilient and adaptable to unforeseen circumstances.
• Driven to advance in a sales capacity.
• Proficient in both English and German (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.

• Fixed salary of €700 plus a KPI-based bonus of €5 for each lead resulting in a scheduled consultation.
