This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee various projects, including new installations and upgrades to existing structures.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Create project scopes, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and performance.
• Ensure adherence to NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and company safety protocols.
• Manage material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and field service dispatch.
• Keep precise project documentation.
• Diagnose technical problems and propose solutions for system inadequacies.
• Assist sales efforts by recognizing opportunities and offering suggestions.
• Guarantee timely invoicing and help resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Foster and uphold a safe working environment.
• Engage in business development through sales outreach, networking, and market research.
• Conduct site assessments to ascertain customer requirements and deliver technical training.
• Offer training on new systems as they are rolled out.
• Attend annual continuing education sessions.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• At least 5 years of experience in the fire protection sector, focusing on sprinkler systems.
• Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in a service-oriented setting.
• NICET Level II or greater in Water-Based Systems (preferred).
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) are highly valued.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
