This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will be accountable for the servicing, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and technical support of fire alarm systems.
• Performing servicing, PPM, and technical support on fire alarm systems for our clients.
• Service and maintain both Addressable and conventional Fire Alarm Systems.
• Occasionally, you may be required to cover other areas and stay away for work assignments.
• Proven and demonstrable experience in fire alarm systems maintenance acquired over several years (essential).
• Familiarity with and understanding of BS5839 standards (essential).
• FIA certification or equivalent training is highly desirable.
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Provide a professional service at all times, showcasing meticulous attention to detail, quality, and customer service (essential).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team (essential).
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers, clients, and internal colleagues (essential).
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial qualities for this role.
• 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase 5 additional days and sell 2 days.
