This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take ownership of the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic fintech initiatives that involve multiple teams and workstreams.
• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new fintech partners, which includes due diligence, documentation, and securing internal approvals.
• Serve as the main liaison for fintech partners and senior stakeholders during the implementation phase and throughout the program's lifecycle.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships to ensure the long-term success of programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology) to create and implement sponsor bank programs.
• Assist in the development of program frameworks, including product design, account setups, and service offerings.
• Aid in the establishment of scalable processes and frameworks for onboarding and managing fintech initiatives.
• Work closely with compliance teams to facilitate program reviews, controls, and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Create and document workflows, including onboarding processes, data flows, and funds flows.
• Support vendor selection and integration efforts in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in the financial services, fintech, or banking technology sectors.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects related to fintech partnerships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking operations and digital payment systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in fintech program onboarding, product development, or partner integration.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail and execution.
• Experience in HSA Program Management is preferred.
