FinTech Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer transactional and regulatory guidance regarding digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, Non-Fungible Tokens ("NFTs"), decentralized finance, cryptocurrency lending, and other intricate financial products and services.

• Counsel internal business stakeholders on legal risks and opportunities, emphasizing compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing, and audits.

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and evaluate agreements with various financial institutions and partners.

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams, including but not limited to, Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the regulatory and compliance sector of financial services.

• Proven experience assisting clients with federal and state regulatory licensing, registration, compliance, and enforcement issues.

• Active bar license in the state of your physical residence.
