Fintech Co-Founder / CTO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

• You will take full ownership, develop, and manage your startup in sectors such as Fintech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that enhances your management of goals, time, and energy.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with advice and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit and get support in establishing a sales force or developing a marketing engine accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocation.

• You are prepared to accept complete responsibility for your startup and aim to scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
