📋 Description

• Define and continuously refine Siftwell's product vision, platform strategy, and long-term roadmap to foster company growth, enhance customer outcomes, and ensure market differentiation.

• Oversee investment and resource allocation decisions across Product, Engineering, and Data Science, ensuring that budgets, talent, and development capacity are directed toward initiatives that yield the greatest customer, market, and business impact.

• Act as the primary executive decision-maker for prioritizing product and technology, making informed tradeoff decisions regarding new product investments, platform capabilities, technical debt, scalability initiatives, and organizational resources.

• Develop the roadmap and strategic priorities that steer Product, Engineering, and Data Science, ensuring execution is consistently aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.

• Establish a structured product operating model that links customer feedback, market intelligence, product strategy, and technology execution.

• Assess emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and payer industry requirements to shape product strategy and future platform investments.

• Propel the evolution of the Siftwell platform, ensuring that product capabilities, data assets, analytics, and AI-driven solutions deliver measurable value to health plan customers.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Growth, and executive leadership to guarantee that product priorities mirror market demand, customer requirements, and commercial objectives.

• Align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Growth teams around product priorities, investment decisions, success metrics, and long-term strategic goals.

• Build, lead, and scale high-performing Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, executive recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.

• Guide, mentor, and manage the performance of Product, Engineering, and Data Science leaders, setting clear expectations, accountability, and development plans that foster both individual and organizational growth.

• Serve as a crucial executive partner to the CEO in shaping company strategy, supporting fundraising efforts, and representing Siftwell's product vision, platform strategy, and technology roadmap to customers, partners, and investors.

• Establish metrics, decision frameworks, and governance processes essential for evaluating product investments, measuring outcomes, and facilitating data-driven prioritization throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required along with a minimum of 14 years of relevant work experience; Master's degree preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare product management, software development, data platforms, and technology-driven solution delivery.

• Profound understanding of the payer healthcare market, encompassing health plans, value-based care, healthcare analytics, population health, and associated technology solutions.

• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory mandates, including HIPAA compliance and the operational duties related to managing protected health information (PHI).

• Demonstrated success in defining product vision, platform strategy, and technology roadmaps that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.

• Experience in leading Product, Engineering, and Data Science organizations and making executive-level prioritization, investment, and resource allocation decisions.

• Proven track record in building, scaling, hiring, and performance-managing high-performing Product and Technology teams.

• Experience collaborating with executive leadership on company strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term business planning.
