Senior Associate, Technology Practice – Executive Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Involvement in the entire process of search delivery and execution

• Direct interaction with clients and a role in influencing search strategies

• Engagement with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, and senior technology leaders across various industries

• Close collaboration with Senior Partners and Managing Directors on prestigious search projects

• A merit-based approach to increasing search ownership and client responsibilities grounded in impact rather than tenure

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in retained executive search or senior-level executive recruiting

• Proven ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously

• Demonstrated proficiency in developing research strategies and market mapping with an expected accuracy of 90% or more

• Experience in conducting interviews at the executive level (VP, SVP, C-suite)

• Strong presence and communication skills suitable for an executive environment

• Commitment to high standards of quality and accountability

• Preferred experience in technology executive search within enterprise settings, though candidates with a keen interest in technology executive search will also be considered.
