FinOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and reconcile both fiat and cryptocurrency payments utilizing Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools to ensure operations remain precise and timely.

• Monitor, gather, and systematize invoices across various vendors and teams to uphold comprehensive, audit-ready documentation.

• Refresh monthly pre-accounting data in Pennylane and Cryptio to guarantee that financial records accurately represent reality and are closed on time.

• Collaborate with external accountants for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to provide accurate financial statements.

• Update P&L and cash burn reports along with basic forecasts to enhance visibility for leadership and budget stakeholders.

• Oversee and adjust cash and token balances across wallets and accounts to satisfy operational requirements and risk management protocols.

• Recognize and implement enhancements in payment processes, tools, and reporting to accelerate operations and minimize errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or pre-accounting within a rapidly growing organization.

• Direct experience working with external accountants and participating in monthly closing activities.

• Proficient in financial tools including Pennylane, Cryptio, Notion, and Excel.

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency fundamentals; prior experience with crypto or blockchain is advantageous.

• A meticulous, detailed, and methodical approach to record maintenance and reconciliations.
