FinOps Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee stablecoin issuance and OTC settlement processes, including minting/burning, wire verification, and inventory management, while adhering strictly to established operational controls.

• Conduct thorough daily and monthly reconciliations of on-chain transactions, processing platforms, and banking records to ensure complete accuracy and timely reporting of discrepancies.

• Handle customer and counterparty inquiries during Asia business hours to support seamless global operations around the clock.

• Maintain and enhance operational trackers, checklists, and reporting dashboards to ensure visibility and consistency in key workflows.

• Support on-chain data analysis using tools such as Dune Analytics, Etherscan, and Google Sheets/Apps Script.

• Continuously identify process gaps, suggest scalable improvements, and document standard operating procedures as the product suite develops.

• Promptly escalate exceptions or anomalies to the regional FinOps Lead and relevant internal stakeholders in a clear manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fintech or cryptocurrency.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets is essential. Experience with scripting (Google Apps Script, Python, or SQL) is a considerable advantage.

• A solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, transactions, block explorers, and mechanics of stablecoins.

• A demonstrated ability to produce accurate, error-free work in detail-oriented and process-driven environments.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty by asking insightful questions and independently validating assumptions.

• A strong sense of initiative, with the ability to take full ownership of assigned workflows and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across various time zones and diverse stakeholder groups.
